From Anxiety to Assurance

I haven’t been able to go outside for the past few days.

Every time I cleaned under the kitchen counter, I kept imagining—like an idiot—"I might hit my face here and get a bruise."
I had been thinking about it for months.
And then, guess what? I actually got a bruise in that exact spot!

It was a moment when my anxious imagination became reality.

I didn't actually hit myself, but for some other reason, a bruise appeared...

It was quite an interesting experience.

Life is full of things that can make us anxious—work, money, health, relationships... When things aren't going well, our worries only grow stronger.

"What if - happens..."
"What if something happens..."
"What if nothing happens..."

The moment you start thinking like that, you suddenly feel overwhelmed—"Oh no, this is bad!"—and get caught up in anxiety and fear.

People often say that worries don't easily become reality, but as I demonstrated this time, if you keep imagining something vividly, including visual details, it can actually happen in some form.

It's fascinating to have proven this theory (lol). Luckily, there's no pain involved, but according to Abraham-Hicks, when you're in a state where desires easily manifest, the opposite can also manifest just as easily.

Practicing mindfulness has significantly reduced such anxieties, but there are still times when my mind feels unsettled.

Amidst all this, I saw that my son had ordered another book by Dr. Joe Dispenza, so I decided to watch some of his videos again after a long time.

Then, among the related videos under the keyword “healing power,” a video by an American doctor appeared.

That doctor was talking about post-surgery recovery and said the following...

"In this condition, recovery takes time, so it won't be immediately clear whether the surgery was successful. In most cases, you should be able to return to your normal life within two weeks, but please take it easy and monitor your condition.

Instead of worrying too much and thinking, 'Maybe the surgery failed…,' trust your doctor first. If you still feel anxious, don’t hesitate to consult your physician and maintain good communication.

Cells regenerate every day, but complete recovery takes time. Please observe your progress carefully for at least three months."

"I’ve been working so hard, but I don’t see any results!"
"Can I really trust this person?"
"What if I fail...?"

At times like these, we tend to compare ourselves with others and feel even more discouraged.

This sense of urgency emits the energetic vibration of 'something is still missing.'

That’s why it’s crucial to trust that things are already progressing smoothly.
More than just believing, relaxing and embracing a sense of reassurance is the most powerful way to align your energy.

Even when faced with anxiety in various situations, what truly matters is not the external circumstances but rather your own vibration.

And I have come to understand that it is essential to trust your inner guidance.

By fully believing that we are always connected to the infinite source of power, and making choices from that perspective, we can receive the best possible outcomes for ourselves, no matter what they may be.
